E4 Stings. Jungle.

I think this is really good because its really simple movements but they work really well. In my opinion it relies a lot on the camera movement. I think the simple colour scheme works well and I like the cut out feel.

Cartoon Network Indent. The Grim Adventured Of Billy and Mandy.

This is a bit similar to my idea so I think its a good reference. I think the character works really well with the theme of the sting. I like the 2D animation.

E4 Indent. Hotel Room

I like this indent for the randomness, lasers, ducks and monsters with tentacles eating teddy bears. I think the 3D in this animation is really good and unique. It looks like its bin done in a model room.

Sky 1 Indent. The Simpsons.

This is a Simpsons indent for Sky 1. Its very mad and random. Its quite an obvious one to pick because its The Simpsons but i think the 'Itchy and Scratchy' animation's are great because they are simply crazy.

E4 Sting's Food Chain.

This is a funny and pretty stupid E4 Sting. It's a 2D animation. The line work has had the boiled effect put on it.

Life Drawing.

Last week we had a full 4 days of life drawing. At first my proportions were all wrong, the head was the same size as the body and the arms were longer than the legs. But as I progressed through the hours and days I found that my proportions were getting much better. I quite liked doing the 30-5 second poses just because of how crazy everything got. My 'Final piece' turned out very well I think, I tried to use the style of Alex Pardee. I used pencil on my final piece.

Lights, Camera, Action.

Well my animation is all rendered out and Im pretty pleased with it. This is a screenshot I took of the camera. I made it pan from the pool to my character (Xavi) then pan back down to the pool where Xavi sinks. Dramatic stuff.

Face-On.

One of the stills of the 'monster from another dimension' latching onto Xavi's face. I used the pose to pose technique to make to monster change Xavi's face.

Eat that.

This is a still of Xavi from one scene of my animation. He is being attacked by the monster from another dimension. makes perfect sense. I thought id do a trippy background, which I think works very well. Cinema 4D is making much more sense to me now.
