Targets For This Week.

The past few weeks I have bin getting on with my E4 ident. So far I have completed a forward walk cycle  and fleshed out 3 characters on top of it. These are targets I am setting for myself this week.

E4 Ident Targets.

• complete final e4 character and last details on walk cycle characters. simply the e4 logo with moving tentacles.
• add colour to frames.
• photocopy frames so i can rip them apart. 
• start ripping characters and use dragon to record the frames.
• complete more research.

Metamorphosis.

• complete final frames.
• go round frames in black pen.
• add colour. 

Metamorphosis, 1st Line Test.

This is my first test for my metamorphosis project. I think it has worked really well, still got detail and more movements to do yet though!

Illustrator PT. 2. Colouring up....

I think this character looks proper mad. Still needs more work doing to it, an afro perhaps? I found the colouring to be tricky at first but I eventually got the hang of it. Im having trouble trying to decide the colour scheme, I do like the grey but mabye it should be brighter.

First 3D Hand Model

This was The first time I tried to create a 3D model of a hand in Cinema 4D. The thumb looks disgraceful but I think the rest of the hand looks okay. I found the tools to be quite easy to learn, I just have to practice in order to make my models better.

Illustrator. The Pen Tool Horror

This is my first attempt at using the pen tool. It was pretty complicated at first but I eventually started to get the hang of it. It turned out to look much better than my initial design. I used the pen tool to sort out the proportions. I also learned how to create my very own brush which I think looks pretty cool.
