Jeff Soto.

Jeff Soto is an established illustrator which has recently had a conference slot at Pictoplasma Berlin. His creations are amazing to me because they can be pretty much anything.

This is an image I found on the Pictoplasma 2013 website. This robot has been created in 3D. I havent seen much 3D work from him so this is a nice change. I love the texture of it because it looks like a toy (I would very much like this model). This was created using Cinema 4D.

This is the generic style of Jeff Soto's illustrations. They are all 2D, with the exception of the 3D Robot above. He uses Adobe illustrator and Photoshop to make his creations. He is a very good influence because his illustrations are rather simple and random. I think its similar to my style.
